What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, and any other details the sign-up form asks for.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To confirm you are 21 or older and run the Stoops Rewards program.
• To send the emails and, if you opted in, the text messages you signed up for.
• To measure and improve our advertising and this page.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to operate the program: a customer messaging and rewards platform to store your sign-up and send messages, Google Analytics to measure site use. These providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Ask us to access or delete your information by calling (917) 675-6360.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Age requirement

The program is only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we delete it if we learn we have.
